Questions buyers ask us most

What is your minimum order quantity?
Most products start at 50 pieces per design, and you can split that across sizes. T-shirts and polos start at 100. Team kits start at 10 sets.
Do you make samples?
Yes. Every new design gets a physical sample before bulk. Sample cost is adjusted against your bulk invoice once the order is placed.
How long does production take?
Samples take 7 to 10 working days. Bulk usually takes 3 to 5 weeks after sample approval, depending on quantity and decoration.
Can you work from a photo instead of a tech pack?
Yes. Send photos or a reference garment and notes on fabric and fit. Our pattern master will build the tech pack with you.
Do you ship outside Pakistan?
We ship worldwide by DHL, FedEx and UPS for air, and by sea for larger orders. We can quote door-to-door including duties for many countries.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer (TT), and for samples we can also accept other methods. Standard terms are 50% advance and 50% before dispatch.
Will my designs be kept private?
Yes. Your designs, patterns and branding are used only for your orders. We are happy to sign an NDA.

Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes: printed polybags, hang tags, tissue, stickers and branded boxes. See the Private Label page for the full list.
What files do you need for printing or embroidery?
Vector files (AI, PDF, SVG) are best. High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi also works for DTF and sublimation.
Have a design or a tech pack?
Send it over on WhatsApp or email. We reply with fabric options, a sample timeline and bulk pricing, usually within one working day.
