No blanks, no templates. We draft, grade, cut and stitch to your measurements so the product is yours alone.
What we need from you
A tech pack is ideal, but not required. A reference garment you like, photos, and a few notes on fit and fabric are enough for our pattern master to start.
We return a first sample with a measurement sheet. You mark changes, we revise, and the approved pattern is saved for every future reorder.
Inside the cut & sew process
Pattern & grading
Base size drafted, then graded across your full size run.
Cutting
Lay planning to reduce waste and keep grain direction consistent.
Stitching
Overlock, flatlock, cover-stitch and single-needle lines.
Finishing
Thread trimming, pressing, label attach and final measurements.
